John and Jessica Jansen!!!!!!!

Wow! What an incredible couple and what an unbelievable group of friends....I loved these people! I had so much fun with them and they were practically begging for more! It was a blast and I wanted to really capture how much fun this group of friends had. Everything about this day was perfect beginning with the "I do's" and it just got better from there! The weather was perfect--the venue was perfect--Jackson Country Club was AMAZING--believe it or not--I had never been there and hope to go back again SOON! :) Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Jansen--I had a great time and great job T2 Music Productions also--you rocked the house as usual!

These are my friend April Ruggles' children--they are so cool and each have their own identity which is obvious immediately. April wanted to capture her children in "the way they are right now." She wanted to display who each of them are in this moment of life because we all know how fleeting that is and many of us wish we could have the freedom of childhood back! I thoroughly enjoyed taking these portraits for April and I hope she enjoys them as much as I did!

Owen: One Month

Congratulations to Marty and Lisa on their new baby Owen! He's absolutely perfect and I'm so happy for them. Luckily Owen looks like his Mom--just kidding--I have to tease Marty--it wouldn't be right not too! Anyway--congratulations to you guys and I hope to do his picture again and again!

Sarah and Dan

I'm sooo excited for my first 2010 official wedding! Obviously that belongs to this couple--Sarah and Dan. I photographed Sarah's brother's wedding and that is how she met me! Kristen and Doug were an awesome bride and groom and I'm so excited to photograph another member of the family's special day. (I'm also excited to say hi to Kristen and Doug!) Sarah's family is so awesome and we had so much fun at Doug's wedding so I'm really looking forward to kicking off 2010 and gettting some awesome photographs for Sarah and Dan! Thanks for including me!

I'm going to do this quickly so Kari and Ronnie can have a sneak peak. These are a few of my favorites that Ray--my assistant for the day--shot. (Actually--the ring and brick wall shots I shot on Ray's card.) I cannot even begin to tell you how sweet Kari is and what a beautiful bride as you can see. She's a beautiful person from the inside out and Ronnie is a lucky guy! Ronnie is also a great guy and I knew from our first meeting that we would be a good match--I hope I didn't take too long taking your pictures, Ronnie and Kari--I hope I took enough for you! Riley

I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing new mother and her new baby daughter, Riley. Riley is so absolutely perfect and stunning. She was a perfect baby for her session and we actually even got a smile which is unbelievable for a 3 week old baby. That's a rare event for me so I was excited. Thanks for driving so far to have me photograph her April and please come again!

Here's sweet little baby Roy! He's sooo cute and such a willing subject to photograph. I photographed him in his home with mostly natural light. We had so much fun and I want to thank Amber and Derek for inviting me to capture Roy's newborn pictures. I'm looking forward to the next session!

Welcome Anna!!!

Congratulations to the Surbrook family! I'm so excited for you in welcoming your new precious daughter. She's as beautiful and sweet as your first. Starkey Girls

Here's the cutest family ever! Colleen and Rick met me at the Grass Lake Expo 2 1/2 years ago. Their cutie pie, Kate, is my 2 year old's age. Then they found they were expecting twin girls!!! Here's Leah and Brooke--hope I spelled their names correctly and they are just as cute as their big sister! It's very difficult to entertain and keep 3 small children happy enough to get good pictures from the sitting but WELL worth it when you've got pics like these to display! Thanks to Colleen and Rick for your patience and I hope you continue to call me for family photos for years! Congratulations!

Dunlap Wedding

What more can I say---just look at these pictures! Chelsea and I had a blast with them and their wedding party and felt like begging for more! Amanda had so many cool ideas and she was so fun and easygoing. And Jeremy--what a great sport! Their entire day was fabulous and captured the spirit of their relationship! I loved the speeches given by their friends before dinner and shed a tear myself! Both of their families made us feel like we belonged and last but not least--the cheesecake was FANTASTIC!
